Section 35. Ommission to appear before Registrar within prescribed time

Any person who, being required by section 31 to appear before a Registrar, fails to do so within the prescribed time, commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
