PART VI - OFFENCES

Section 59. Application.

(1) Save as otherwise in this Enactment expressly provided, this part of this Enactment shall apply only to persons professing the Islamic Religion.

(2) Save as otherwise in this Enactment expressly provided, no prosecution for any offence against this Enactment shall be had in any Court other than the Court of the Kadzi Besar or a Court of a Kadzi.
