PART XXX – CONTEMPT OF COURT
Section 222. Vacation of order.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, an order made by way of punishment for contempt of Court may be suspended, vacated or varied by the Court for sufficient reason, and in particular, if the person guilty of contempt makes proper submission and and apology or otherwise withdraws his contempt.
