PART XXIX – COSTS, ALLOWANCES AND COURT FEES
Section 209. Costs discretionary.
Subject to this Enactment, costs of all proceedings shall be in the discretion of the Court. The Court may award costs of proceedings filed in that Court although it has no jurisdiction on such matters.
