(1) The Criminal Procedure (Syariah) Code 1994 [Enactment No. 4 Of 1994] is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into operation of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceeding of such case or matter to the extent that it cause no injustice.
