Mufti


Section 35. Appointment of Mufti.

(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, on the recommendation of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri appoint a fit and proper person to be the Mufti.

(2) The Mufti shall be ex-officio a member of the Majlis and shall not be subject to section 11.
