Section 16. General provisions as to disability.
Where a plaintiff is a person under disability-
(a) no settlement or compromise shall be valid without the Court's sanction;
(b) all money or other property recovered for the plaintiff in, or in consequence of, the action shall be paid into Court or deposited in Court, unless the Court shall otherwise order;
(c) the Court shall of its own motion, or on the application of any interested party, make such order for the investment or other disposal of the fund or property as seems proper.
