PART XXIX - MONIES, INVESTED FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN COURT
Section 219. Investment.
(1) Any money in Court may be ordered to be invested and shall in that event be deposited in any Bank in an account headed with the title of the proceedings and the name of the person entitled to the fund.
(2) More accounts than one may be opened in the same proceedings, but no account shall include funds of more than one person, unless the persons in question are jointly entitled thereto.
(3) Payment out shall not be made without order of Court, but any such order may provide for periodical payments.
