PART VII - SERVICE OUT OF THE JURISDICTION
Section 51. Service in other states of Malaysia.
(1) An order for service in other states of Malaysia may be sent by Court to the Kadi Besar, Kadi, Registrar or other officer of the Court having jurisdiction in the local area in which the person to be served is said to be or to be carrying on his business.
(2) The document to be served may be sent by post or otherwise with a written request for service signed by the Court or the Registrar.
