Section 15. Application for divorce
Notwithstanding anything in this Part, an application for divorce shall be made in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Islamic Family Law (Perak) Enactment 2004 [Enactment No. 6 Of 2004], and further proceeding in respect thereof shall be conducted in accordance with that Enactment.
