Section 37. Preventing married couple from cohabiting.

Any person who prevents a married couple from cohabiting as a legally married couple shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two husband ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both, and the Court shall order the couple to cohabit as a legally married couple.
