Section 36. Contravention of section 32.

Any person who contravenes section 32 commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with both such fine and imprisonment; and for a second or ubsequent offence shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
