ENACTMENT NO. 5 OF 1992 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT 1991
PART I - PRELIMINARY
Section 1. Short tiltle and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1991 and shall come into force on such date as the Ruler may by notification in the Gazette appoint.
Provided that the Ruler may appoint different dates for the coming into force of the different provisions or parts of this Enactment.
