PART IV - RELIGIOUS COURTS Procedure in Criminal Matters
Section 48. Sentences of fine.
(1) A Court passing a sentence of a fine may upon such conditions for ensuring payment as it shall deem necessary give time to pay, or allow payment by instalments.
(2) Fines may be recovered in like manner as is here inafter provided for the execution of judgments in civil proceedings.
