PART VII - OFFENCES

Section 130. Abetment.

Any person who abets the commission of any offence under this Enactment shall be punished with the same punishment as provided for the offence, namely a person who-

(a)

instigates any person to commit the offence, although such person in the end does not commit the offence; or

(b)

takes part with any other person or persons in a conspiracy to commit the offence, if the offence is committed although not caused by the conspiracy; or

(c)

with the intention of assisting, does any act towards the commission of the offence.
