Section 191. Duty of Religious Inspector on Completion of investigation.

(1) If in his opinion that an investigation, on a case has been completed, the Religious Inspector shall submit his investigation papers to the Religious Prosecutor.

(2) Upon receipt of the investigation papers, the Religious Prosecutor shall study them and determine whether the investigation has in fact been completed. If, he finds that certain clarification on the case is required or a certain aspect of the case should further be investigated into, he may give appropriate direction to the Religious Inspector.
