CHAPTER X - GENERAL


Section 130. Reference.

(1) Any provision or definition in this Enactment which is in conflict with Hukum Syarak is to the extent of the conflict void.

(2) Where any matter is not provided for herein or any provision in this Enactment is ambiguous, the Court shall refer to the Hukum Syarak.
