PART III - OFFENCES RELATING TO AQIDAH
| Anyone who teaches or expounds religion to any person or group of persons in public or otherwise or performs any ceremony or acts, contrary to Hukum Syara' commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and all documents and equipments pertaining to such conviction shall be confiscated and destroyed as the Court may direct. |
