Section 140. Instigating a couple to divorce.
Any person who instigates or compels or persuades any married couple or any married man to divorce or to neglect one’s obligation and responsibility to the other, commits an offence and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or with imprisonment of not less than six months or with both such fine and imprisonment.
