PART VI - ABETMENT AND ATTEMPT

Section 44. Abetment in the State of Johor of offences outside the State of Johor.

A person abets an offence within the meaning of this Enactment who, in the State of Johor, abets the commission of an act outside the State of Johor which would constitute an offence if committed in the State of Johor.
