PART IX - MAINTENANCE OF DEPENDANTS

Section 103. Application.

(1) This part shall apply only to claims made by a person professing the Muslim Religion against another such person.

(2) The Married Women and Children (Maintenance) Ordinance, 1950 shall not apply to any claims maintained in sub-section (1):

Provided that all orders made under the said Ordinance before the commencement of this Enactment and in force at the commencement of this Enactment shall continue to be subject to the provisions of that Ordinance.
