Section 21. Courts to open to public.

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), every trial or hearing in Court shall be held in public.

(2) A Court may, if it is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, order that the whole of any proceedings or part thereof shall take place in a closed Court.
