Section 48. Joinder.
(1) More persons than one may be joined as plaintiffs or defendants, and more causes of action than one may be raised in the same proceedings, but the Court may order separate trials in respect of such persons or causes of action as it deems fit.
(2) The Court may in its discretion try together two or more proceedings relating to the same issues of fact or law.
