Section 6. Power of Minister to give direction to the corporation.

(1) The Minister may, on the advice of the Majlis give to the Corporation any direction of a general or specific in nature which does not conflict with Hukum Syarak and the provisions of this Enactment relating to the exercise and the performance of the functions of the Corporation and the Corporation shall give effect to such direction so given.

(2) The Corporation shall furnish to the Minister and the Majlis statement of accounts and other information with respect to the property and activities of the Corporation as and when required by the Minister or the Majlis from time to time.
