Authority in Religious Matters

Section 35. Authority of the Majlis.

The Majlis, on behalf of and under the authority of His Royal Highness the Sultan as Head of the Religion of the State, shall aid and advice him on all matters relating to the Religion and Malay Custom of Pahang, and shall in all such matters be the Chief authority in the State save in so far as may be otherwise provided by this Enactment.
