PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 5. Application.

(1) Save as is otherwise expressly provided herein, this Enactment shall be applicable to all Muslims who reside in this State and to all Muslims domiciled in this State but temporarily residing elsewhere.

(2) For the purposes of this Enactment, a person who permanently resides in this State shall be deemed to be domiciled in this State unless the contrary is proved.
