PART VIII - MISCELLANEOUS Order to Resume Cohabitation
Section 118. Application by deserted wife.
Where a person has ceased to cohabit with his wife in manner required by Hukum Syara', the wife may apply to the Court for an order that the person resume cohabitation with her.
