Section 96. Denial over witnesses.

When the defendant or the accused denies (ta'n) over witnesses whether before or after examination by inserting something which prevents the admissibility of the evidence, the Kadi shall ask him to give evidence.

Explanation-

When the defendant or the accused proves it with evidence, the Kadi shall reject the evidence of the witness. If the defendant or the accused fails to prove what he says, the Kadi shall proceed with the examination if it had not been done and deliver judgment depending on the evidence of the witnesses if the examination is over.
