Section 25. Temporary application on pending cases.

For the disposal of cases and matters pending before any court established under the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1977 at the commencement of this Enactment, the provisions of the procedure under this Enactment shall be applicable to the extent that ir does not cause injustice.
