PART V - DUTIES AND SPECIFIC POWERS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER


Section 28. Management of Zakat and Fitrah money.

(1) The General Manager shall manage all matters in rela­tion to the management of the zakat and fitrah money paid to Baitulmal, the investment, expenses, aid, assistance and distribution thereof.

(2) The General Manager may appoint representatives for the purpose of performing the duties provided under subsection (1).
