PART XXI - JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ETC.
Section 174. Manner of seizure.
(1) Any property liable to be attached before judgment shall be seized in the manner prescribed for the seizure and sale under Part XIX.
(2) If any property has been attached under subsection (1), it shall not be necessary to seize it thereafter in execution under an order for execution delivered at 4.00 p.m. on the day on which the judgment was given, and may be sold accordingly.
