PART XXI – JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, ARREST ETC.
Section 162. Arrest of judgment debtor.
(1) Application for an order of arrest under this Part shall be made in Chambers and may be made ex parte unless the Court otherwise orders.
(2) All evidence in support of any such application under this section shall be made by affidavit and copies of the affidavit shall be delivered to the defendant.
(3) An order of arrest shall bemade in the form provided but shall not be executed until the plaintiff has made a deposit with the bailiff.
(4) Every such order shall be endorsed with the judgment creditor's address for service.
