ENACTMENT NO. 12 OF 2007 ADMINISTRATION OF THE ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW ENACTMENT (VALIDATION) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Validation.
All acts and things done or purported to be done by the Syariah Judge, Registrar of Muslim Marriages, Divorces and Rujuk, Pendakwa Syarie, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis, Wali Raja and by any other person or body pursuant to or under the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1991 [En. 4/1992] during the period from 24 September 1992 until 8 November 2006, being the date before the date appointed for the coming into operation of the Islamic Family Law Enactment
1991 shall be deemed to have been validly and lawfully done.
