(1) The Syariah Court Civil Procedure Enactment 1996 [Enactment No. 2 of 1996] is repealed.
(2) Where any case or matter is pending before any Court on the coming into operation of this Enactment, the provisions of this Enactment shall apply in respect of the proceedings of such or matter to the extent that it does not result in injustice.
