PART V - MISCELLANEOUS OFFENCES RELATING TO PUBLIC JUSTICE AND SECURITY
| (1) Anyone who entices a married woman or takes her away from or in any manner influences her to leave the matrimonial home determined by her husband commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and the Court shall order the said woman to return to her husband. (2) Any person who prevents a married couple from living together as lawful husband and wife is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and the Court shall order the couple to live together again as lawful husband and wife. |
