PART IX - PENALTIES
Section 126. Failure to report
(1) Whoever, being under a duty to report under this Enactment, wilfully neglects or fails to do so commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(2) Whoever, being under a duty to report or being required to submit an application under this Enactment or being required to furnish any information or to execute or sign any document lawfully necessary for the purpose of effecting registration thereof, wilfully neglects or fails to report or to comply with the requirement commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
