Section 252. Preparation of documents.
An officer of a Court may in his discretion, and shall, if so directed by the Court or the egistrar, assist a party who has no Peguam Syarie in the preparation of any document to be filed in Court or used in connection with any proceedings. No fee, comneration or gratuity of kind shall be taken for any such subsistance.
