Section 11. Jawatankuasa may give directions to the Secretary.
The Jawatankuasa may give the Secretary directions of a general nature not inconsistent with this Enactment as to the exercise of the functions of the Secretary under this Enactment, and the Secretary shall give effect to such directions so given.
