PART I - PRELIMINARY

Section 1. Short title and commencement.

This Enactment may be cited as the Control and Restriction of the Propagation of Non-Islamic Religions Enactment 1988, and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan of Kedah Darulaman may appoint by notification in the Gazette.
