PART II - THE MAJLIS UGAMA ISLAM DAN ADAT RESAM MELAYU PAHANG

Section 28. Appointment of officers and servants of the Majlis.

(1) The Majlis may appoint or employ such other officers and servants as may be reasonably necessary for the purposes of this Enactment.

(2) The officers and servants of the Majlis shall be under the administrative control of the Yang Dipertua.

(3) There shall be paid to the officers and servants of the Majlis such remunerations or allowances as the Majlis may determine.
