Section 51. Power concerning zakat and fitrah.

The Majlis shall have the sole power and shall be under the duty to collect all types of zakat and fitrah in the State and to spend the amount so collected as directed by His Royal Highness the Sultan and in accordance with the Hukum Syarak.
