Section 67. Construction of instruments.

(1) The Majlis may refer to the Appeal Cammittee any instrument creating any wakaf or nazar 'am for its opinion on questions relating to the construction and meaning of any of the provisions of the said instrument.

(2) An opinion given by the Committee under sub-section (1), if given by a majority of the members of the Committee, shall be accordingly acted upon by the Majlis, unless the Ruler otherwise directs.
