Section 126. Holding out as wali.

Any person who holds himself out as a wali or poses himself or makes statements or holds himself out as knowing mysterious happenings by acting and showing himself as a wali, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
