PART II - MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM DAN 'ADAT MELAYU PERAK

Section 20. Conduct of business.

(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided by this Enactment, all business of the Majlis shall be conducted in a meeting of the Majlis regularly convened and shall be disposed of by the resolution of the majority of the members present and entitled to vote.

(2) A resolution in writing signed by all members of the Majlis shall. unless in any special case or class of cases Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan otherwise directs, have the same effect as a resolution duly passed under subsection (1).
