PART IV - GENERAL PROCEDURE
Section 26. Contempt of Court.
If any person shall be guilty of any misconduct in Court of such a nature as to interfere with the proper conduct of the Court's business, the Court may cause him to be arrested by an officer of the Court and detained until the Court rises, when he shall be released without prejudice to any further proceedings.
