PART VI - GENERAL

Section 23. Administrative directives by the Majlis

(1) The Majlis may from time to time issue any administrative directive in relation to the conduct and discipline of officers of the Majlis, or the procedure for the imposition of surcharge on such officers.

(2) No directive which is inconsistent with this Enactment shall be issued under subsection (1).
