Section 193. Judgment de bonis futuris.
On a judgment to be satisfied out of any property of the deceased which may at future time come to the hands of the executor or administrator to be administered by him as such, execution shall not issue without leave of the Court and notice of the applicant shall be served on the executor or administrator. If misappropriation since the date of the judgment is alleged, execution may be ordered against the executor or administrator to the extent of the misappropriation and costs.
