PART III - PRODUCTION AND EFFECT OF EVIDENCE CHAPTER 10 - GENERAL
Section 130. Reference.
(1) Any provision or interpretation of the provision of this Enactment which is inconsistent with Islamic Law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void.
(2) If there is any matters which is not provided for or is not clearly stated in this Enactment, the Court shall refer to Islamic Law.
