Section 71. Scholarship.
(1) The Majlis may support, assist or give loans for the purpose of education or research in general knowledge or a speciality whether within or outside State.
(2) The Majlis may make regulations regarding the scheme for the support, loan and assistance for the purposes stated in subsection (1).
