PART XI - OFFENCES
Section 112. Intoxicating liquor.
(1) Whoever purchases, sells, keeps or consumes any intoxicating liquor shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
(2) In relation to an offence committed under sub-section (1) in respect of the sale of intoxicating liquor, the employer of a person commiting an offence aforesaid shall be presumed to have abetted such offence unless such employer proves that the sale was made without his knowledge, authority or consent and that he had taken all reasonable steps to prevent the said sale being made.
